In this webinar, we will cover budgeting processes and helpful tools to support your organization’s mid-term financial planning. We will provide a brief review of basic budgeting and planning concepts discussed in the previous webinar in the series, Financial Concepts & Cash Indicators for Short-Term Planning. 

You will learn about:

  • How budgeting processes can support your organization’s planning with creative insights for pivot points;
  • Part two of the Financial Decision-Making Roadmap, a financial decision-making tool;
  • Mid-term planning tools to help chart a path forward through your next fiscal year; and 
  • The Revenue Risk Calculator and the Scenario Planner, and how attendees can use these tools in their own organizations.

Join Community Vision for this free three-part series where you will learn tools for navigating complex financial challenges. This series is great for Executive Directors, board members, and finance staff who have gained new financial management responsibilities, as well as seasoned finance staff who are interested in thought partnership around managing the short-term cash needs of their organizations. Participants will leave with new tools to guide them in their daily decision-making. We recommend that you attend all three sessions of this series; however, each session will provide valuable information if attended on its own.
