Leslie (Les) brings over 15 years of experience in construction and affordable housing development to her role as Senior Program Manager.
Throughout her career, she has played key roles across the development process, including securing financing, managing projects, and leading the construction of thousands of mixed-use affordable housing units serving families, seniors, veterans, people with special needs, and individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.
Prior to Community Vision, Leslie worked as a Design and Construction Analyst at the University of California Office of the President, Director of Real Estate Development at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates, Senior Project Manager at Mission Economic Development Agency, Project Manager at East LA Community Corporation, Community Design Fellow at Skid Row Housing Trust, Construction Crew Leader at Habitat for Humanity, and an intern at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation.
Leslie holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Geography from UC Berkeley, and dual Masters degrees in Heritage Conservation and Planning from the University of Southern California.
Outside of work, Leslie loves hiking, volleyball, tennis, softball, and playing fetch with her dog at the beach.
