Madison is a Loan Officer at Community Vision, where she works with borrowers to structure and underwrite loans for real estate acquisition, construction, and other community development needs.
Madison’s career is rooted in community empowerment. She began as a Peace Corps Economic Development Volunteer in Peru, teaching entrepreneurship and guiding a women’s artisan association on business sustainability. She went on to administer small business grants, underwrite loans, and design economic development programs at LISC LA. Most recently, as an Investment Associate, she conducted research into CDFIs and affordable housing models to guide impact-first investment strategies for clients.
A dedicated affordable housing advocate, Madison was a Merritt Community Capital Scholar (’25-’26). She earned a Master of Quantitative Economics from UCLA and a BBA in International Business and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Outside of work, she volunteers with Palms Unhoused Mutual Aid (PUMA) and enjoys open-water swimming and hiking with her dog, Luna.
