CalCORE
Empowering community-based developers to advance local ownership across California

What Is CalCORE?
Launched by Community Vision and Genesis LA in 2021, CalCORE is a cohort-based training program designed to empower community-based developers and advance local ownership of social purpose real estate.
The program seeks to respond to the lasting effects of disinvestment in communities by supporting community-rooted organizations working to transform how land and property are owned, developed, and stewarded.
