Jacqueline is a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Community Vision, where she provides strategic guidance to nonprofits and community-based organizations navigating complex real estate projects. A lifelong Bay Area native, she is a California and Arizona licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser with more than 25 years of experience in property valuation, real estate sales, and organizational leadership. With a deep understanding of the barriers that limit wealth-building opportunities, Jacqueline works to identify obstacles, inform solutions, and motivate change.
Her career includes serving as Executive Director of a national HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency, where she expanded operations from five to 41 branches across 16 states, managing a network of 200 counselors. She has also held leadership roles as President of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers and as a gubernatorial appointee to the California Department of Real Estate Advisory Commission, where she successfully advanced professional standards to better prepare real estate practitioners to more effectively support consumers and communities.
Jacqueline holds a GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors, studied business at Golden Gate University, and earned an Associate of Arts in Leadership and Ministry from Grace Christian University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, discovering hidden gems on day trips, and being with family and friends.
