Rapid Response Calls
Free 45-minute sessions to answer your real estate and financial questions

Our Offerings
We offer free, 45-minute Rapid Response Calls to arts and culture, direct service, and other community-serving organizations working in underinvested and disinvested California communities.
These consults provide immediate, practical support—connect with our expert consultants for strategic thought partnership, resources, and actionable solutions to your real estate and financial challenges.
How It Works
Book a call to discuss your facility, finances, or real estate goals. Come ready to share your challenges and leave with clear next steps to move forward with confidence. We encourage board members and staff leadership to join these calls when possible.
We can provide support on a variety of topics, including:
- Help navigating where to begin on your real estate journey
- Materials review for your real estate project such as your sources and uses budget, building proforma, or pitch deck
- Referrals for real estate professionals, such as experienced architects, brokers, project managers, capital campaign consultants, and other key experts
- Support with scenario planning and assessing your organization’s financial health
These sessions are for real estate and financial management advising. If you are looking for more information about our loan offerings, please visit our Lending page.
