About the Speakers:
Andrea Papanastassiou is the Deputy Director of Consulting, Real Estate. She has over 20 years of experience working in affordable housing and community development. Prior to joining Community Vision, Andrea was the Director of Real Estate Development for Eden Housing, Inc. and spent ten years in Real Estate Development at MidPen Housing Corporation. Andrea serves on the Board of Directors of the Nonprofit Housing Association of Northern California and served on the Board of Directors of the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County from 2004 – 2012. Andrea holds a B.A. from Brown University with Honors in Environmental Studies and Urban Studies and a M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA.
Stephaney Kipple joined Community Vision in 2013 and is a Real Estate Consultant. She has in-depth knowledge of community development finance and is passionate about creating a positive community impact while providing value to socially responsible developers and investors. Stephaney holds a M.Sc. in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School for Public Engagement with an emphasis in Community Development Finance. She also holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Japanese Language from Eastern Michigan University.
