This workshop is ideal for nonprofit organizations that are embarking on a community facility project. Participants will learn the multiple steps in the real estate development process and how to prepare their organization. You’ll leave this workshop with an understanding of:
- How to assess the real estate capacity of your organization
- How to assess the financial capacity of your organization
- The facility planning process
- Predevelopment financing options
