This session will be a lunch and learn (bag lunch, snacks provided) with special guest Esther Carver, Executive Director of Lowell CDC. Lowell CDC’s Mission is to improve the quality of life in the Lowell neighborhood through community engagement, equitable housing and historic diversity.
This first session will help you assess your organization’s financial readiness as we explore:
-
How to use financial ratios to understand your organization’s financial health and stability
-
How to look at the implications of occupancy costs on your budget and what you might be able to afford
-

These workshops are ideal for executive directors, senior managers, and board members who are looking for real estate solutions for their organization. Executive directors and board chairs are strongly encouraged to attend together.
