The following organizations are currently receiving financial and/or real estate assessments to help them understand their financial position and plan for the future:
Community Arts Stabilization Trust (CAST) – Works to increase the capitalization of community arts and cultural organizations in the Central Market neighborhood of San Francisco by working in partnership with community arts organizations to purchase or lease space.
San Francisco Foundation – The San Francisco Foundation mobilizes resources and acts as a catalyst for change to build strong communities, foster civic leadership, and promote philanthropy.
United Way of Tulare County – The organization raises money through multiple campaigns and individual donations and allocated to programs in Tulare County.
First 5 Fresno County – Ensure that all children 0-5 are born healthy and raised in nurturing homes and communities where they can grow up healthy, and reach their full potential.
Stagebridge – STAGEBRIDGE is the nation’s oldest Senior Theatre Company in Oakland. The organization uses theatre and storytelling to bridge the generation gap and to stimulate positive attitudes toward aging.
Swan’s Marketplace – An historic commercial space in Oakland that is expanding its retail component to incorporate restaurants and fresh food oriented businesses to serve and employ residents in a low-income community.
