Founded in 1975, Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO) is a community-based social justice organization that serves the Asian and Pacific Islander communities of the Greater Bay Area. APILO’s work centers on issues of domestic violence, violence against women, immigration and immigrant rights, senior law and elder abuse, human trafficking, public benefits, and social justice issues. Community Vision provided a line of credit to APILO to supplement its operational cash flow through government contract reimbursement cycles.
