Crescent City Harbor is a major commercial fishing port located in Del Norte County. The Harbor, which has been operated by the Crescent City Harbor District (CCHD) for over 75 years, has been damaged by two winter storms and two tsunamis since 2006, creating a severe economic impact in the region. Community Vision has provided $1.5 million toward an $8.3 million revolving line of credit to CCHD to bridge state and federal construction disbursement payments while repairs to the Harbor are made.
