At Community Vision we believe a vibrant, healthy and resourceful community is one which offers access to capital and community resources to such things as health care, education, arts, healthy foods, affordable housing, social services and an educated and economically strong citizenry with the ability to use available resources to improve their lives and work to meet their community’s needs.
This report highlights a number of diverse partnerships and important programs including our work with California FarmLink in the Central Coast, the Nonprofit Displacement Mitigation Program in San Francisco, and many others. These programs are truly making low-income California communities vibrant, healthy, and resourceful.
