Community Vision’s first Young Professional’s Wine Social was met with interest and enthusiasm, attracting an eclectic group of professionals from various occupations. The event was held Wednesday October 10 at the SF Hub, a for-profit social enterprise with a mission to build community, spur innovation and collaboration, and create social impact. Located in the historic San Francisco Chronicle building, the Hub is part of an international network of co-working spaces that provides physical and virtual workspace for social entrepreneurs to leverage collective resources and build solutions for a better world. Community Vision provided the SF Hub with a $450,000 loan to refinance an existing tenant improvement loan.
As part of Community Vision’s effort to increase awareness of our mission and socially investment opportunities, we plan to have similar events throughout the coming year.
