We are proud to announce that Ross Culverwell has been promoted to Chief Lending Officer.
Ross Joined Community Vision ten years ago, and was promoted to Director of Lending in 2012. He has led our core lending program while also creating and managing a variety of special financing products, including our Community Catalyst Predevelopment Program. During his tenure, our lending team has nearly doubled, bringing in new talent that has strengthened our capacity and knowledge base.
Ross’s new title recognizes his extraordinary leadership, ever-increasing responsibilities, and management of our growing high-impact New Markets Tax Credits program.
