Nonprofit arts organizations across the Bay Area are facing growing uncertainty in our current landscape—shrinking funding, rising costs, and evolving space needs.
This convening continues the conversation from our Real Estate Readiness virtual workshop series, and offers a space for you to:
- Share your organization’s experiences with space — whether you’re holding on to what you have, seeking something new, or dreaming big
- Connect with peers facing similar challenges in this shifting landscape
- Elevate the questions and needs that matter most to nonprofit arts organizations
While attending the Real Estate Readiness workshop series is not required to participate in this convening, the two pair well together for a deeper dive into real estate for the arts.
Whether you’re thinking about long-term security, co-locating with partners, or simply navigating today’s volatility, your insight is essential. We look forward to this discussion around space needs, rooted in the realities of our arts communities.
