We are excited to announce that Community Vision is a part of the Entrepreneurs of Color Fund (EOCF) expansion to Oakland.
The EOCF is a collective commitment of $2.5 million over two years by JPMorgan Chase and The Rockefeller Foundation, collaborating with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and CDFIs like Community Vision, to increase access to capital, mentorship and technical assistance for local entrepreneurs of color.
This program will help Community Vision provide flexible financing and technical assistance for small and mid-size BIPOC-owned businesses in Oakland, helping to mitigate displacement and support growth. We look forward to leveraging this fund and our expertise to continue advancing community ownership of community assets in the Bay Area.
